Mastering a vineyard of nearly 2,000 hectares, managed by professionals in love with earth and their craft, THE CELLARS OF MEKNES have an additional vinification facilities located in the heart of the vineyards, combining tradition and modernity. The last major achievement of CELLIERS MEKNES was materialized by the creation of the first Moroccan Castle, Château Roslane, officially opened in June 2004. The Château Roslane includes, among others, a cellar of 70,000 hectoliters of which 11 000 in stainless steel tanks thermo controlled, three sorting tables for the reception of grapes, a coaxial heat exchanger for cooling the entire harvest, pneumatic presses, livestock cellars buried with permanent control of temperature and humidity with a capacity of 3000 barrels oak and 3 million bottles lying.
